Solidify is a small but growing cloud-based SaaS software company located in beautiful Glastonbury, CT. Our mission is to evolve the way B2B companies conduct business online and help them succeed in today’s competitive environment. Our suite of software includes B2B ecommerce and configure-price-quote (CPQ) solutions.

We are looking for a Project Manager who has a strong work ethic and thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment. The Project Manager manages the development and delivery of an interactive project from initial strategy to final completion. This person is responsible for day to day activities that result in successful project delivery on budget, on spec and on time, while achieving the highest client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be not only be a great Project Manager but also be a great Project Strategist.


Responsibilities
Successfully lead project team to ensure delivery of a product that meets client requirements and is up to our own high standards
Primary Interface with clients during the strategy and implementation process
Develop and manage project scope, statements of work, schedules and budgets from inception through to completion
Monitors performance, compiles status, and develops regular reporting
Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and client as necessary
Work with management to refine ongoing project process as needed
Enforce quality control processes in each project


Requirements
1 - 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital agency, software company or other professional services business
Experience working on digital software and/or digital solution projects is a plus
Ability to analyze, scope, plan, estimate, coordinate and manage multiple projects
Must be a creative, strategic and analytical thinker; ability to think through multiple options and proactively present ideas
Great communication and interpersonal skills; ability to make things happen, motivate team members and resolve issues
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes
Good understanding of user experience principles
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, excited about a challenge and be passionate about the company they work for.
