Role and Responsibilities:
The Marketing Program Manager (MPM) is a critical role in the success of ReferWell as we roll out the service and make ourselves known to the market. The MPM is responsible for supporting our lead generation activities across all segments of the market and across all services available through the platform. This person will create, build and manage outbound communications campaigns – via email, social media, and website-based communications at first – that measurably increase market awareness of the company as a thought leader and help generate new business leads for the sales team to contact. The MPM will also create content for marketing materials and brochures. Over time, the MPM will plan our industry conference participation and kick off a media awareness campaign. The MPM will maintain relationships with the sales team and executive management internally, as well as press and outside partner organizations’ marketing teams.
The MPM will report to the Chief Revenue Officer. The position will be based in our offices in Stamford, CT, with the opportunity to work from home as appropriate. Revenue targets for the sales organization will be coupled with objective measures for the MPM (number/frequency of outgoing messages, number of new leads generated, market awareness, etc.).
The MPM will have graduated from an accredited four-year college, with at least three years of digital marketing outreach campaign experience in support of lead generation efforts that drive vendor sales, preferably in the health care field.
The MPM will have superior writing and presentation skills, will understand digital marketing and the use of social media campaigns, and will demonstrate an entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality. This person will be creative and have strong campaign planning and execution skills, being able to work in a startup environment. The MPM will embrace the challenge of finding new ways to solve old problems and generating high quality leads for the sales team.
It is mandatory that the MPM have prior experience in a marketing or public relations/media relations with a vendor of services to the healthcare industry.
